I saw this show! I was 15 and went with a bunch of friends to the J. Geils Band concert. The opening act was a very energetic 4-some who had this amazing energy on stage. I remember asking my friend who these guys were and he said "some band from Ireland called 'U2'". I became a fan at that moment and remain one of their biggest fans.
