First Time in Portugal
Vilar de Mouros, is forever in history as the land that received the 4 young people from Dublin. It is the U2 were the first time in Portugal at the Festival of Vilar de Mouros in 1982 to 3 August. Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry were even the great revelation of this festival, which had the headliner Sir Elton John. It was reported that U2 assistance presented him with a great performance. Few people have yet to actually remember everything that happened on stage and few are those who might watch this show. By the time of coming to Portugal for the Zooropa, Bono was asked if he still remembered that concert, to which Bono responded that still remembered, especially the Vinho Verde (Green Wine). The U2 promoted at the time his second album, October. Took the stage and unloaded all their energy and rebellion, which featured during the 80 years. The Edge showed his talent as a guitarist, but the mark of the concert was Bono on the move, whether it be jumping or climbing the coverage of the stage, Bono won the gifts. The alignment of the show should not have escaped much of this: 1. Gloria 2. I Threw A Brick Through A Window 3. A Day Without Me 4. An Cat Dubh 5. Into The Heart 6. Rejoice 7. The Cry 8. The Electric Co. / Send In The Clowns (snippet) 9. I Will Follow 10. Out Of Control Encore(s): 11. A Celebration 12. 11 O'Clock Tick Tock 13. The Ocean Sources: Eduardo Arieiro
