I love this album! I still play it from beginning to end and love every second. It was the first U2 album I ever owned and began my love affair with U2. The memories I have when I listen to the songs are good ones.

War was my first U2 LP and I played it to death. It has a raw, yet refined quality and an amazing energy which definitely still influenced later releases. Two Hearts is a great song and brings back some great memories. Hard to believe that LP will be 30 years old next year. How about the ultimate War box set? That would be cool complete with a reissued picture disc LP in the original gatefold sleeve. Oh yes :)
