Joshua Tree

I was there for the first night. What an experience. I remember we got there early in the morning and pretty much waited outside the Sports Arena rear entrance. A black limo drove up and the Edge popped out!! From the top. Outstretched hands and looked in my direction. I froze with the camera in my hand and didn't get the picture I wanted. Oh well.. Just some them the last night in LA and they are still the best band!!

U2 played on April 13th and 14th in San Diego and I went to both shows to see U2 for the first time. It was amazing, I remember the first show ending with "40" and the crowd continuing to sing for a while after U2 had left the stage. The second night ended with Mothers of the Disappeared. Two solid nights of amazing rock n roll. Since then I have always wanted to see them as much as possible.
