This show was out at Waverley Park in the south east outskirts of Melbourne. It was a typically balmy, Melbourne late summer night and being a student I could only afford the nose bleed seats sold for $50 on the day fo the concert. Bullet the Blue Sky will foreevr be etched in my brain - soaring solo amid pop art dog fights of planes shotting and zooming. Initimacy was high on BAD and on Wake up Dead Man, for the recently passed Michael Hutchence. Still a stand out to this day and proof that U2 keep giving their fans something to be excited about.
