Sometimes....
Life has a strange way of kicking you when everything seems lost...had a nervous breakdown about 2 years ago the songs kept me strong and made me cry...then the new album which I think is a major album..think it is one of the best they have done...then the tour...loved this band for 23 years and have bought everything..had to sell some of my collection to keep my family secure and to eat but that's life...will miss this tour but I wish everyone that is going to stay safe and rock on...they are still the biggest band in the world

Fight on!
Fight on, guys! Slay and heal at the same time! I'm amazed with you at what has been accomplished --considering all the uncertainty and difficulties that have occurred in past months. Tap into the Mystery and stay there as you prepare and share what is in your heart and soul on this tour. Then it will be done through you and not by you and will be Magnificent! "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End... who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty." Sending gratitude and prayers your way from the Northern Homeland of Dylan

We're at a place called... Vancouver!!!!
I'm super excited to see both Vancouver shows next week; these will be my 6th and 7th times to see the band live - only wish it could be more! However, I must say I was extremely disappointed with the staff at the Pacific Coliseum a few weeks back when they felt they had to lie to me stating they had no knowledge of the band rehearsing there and asked me, my wife and dog to leave the property. It was advertised in the NY times for crying out loud... not exactly what I'd call a secret. I bet the staff weren't even fans and didn't know how privileged they were just by happening to work there. I'm a super fan! C'mon, I'm going to both Vancouver shows... the least I could get is a little rehearsal action when they're here in my own backyard. Anyway, I won't let this little incident break my fandom. Love U2! Licensed to be an EgoManiac.

Little more than 9 days for me
Cheers and safe travels to everyone headed out to the concerts.

Good luck for the new tour my 4 friends.
I think I'll have to sell one of my three guitars to buy Lisboa tickets. They only play The Edge style. But later I will get money to buy better if all goes well.

One last time
I have seen U2 twice in my life, once in Gateshead (nr. Newcastle) with The Police and once in Milton Keynes with guess who.... The Ramones.... (1980s). I am now around the 50 mark so I decided I will give them one more go before we are all too old. I booked tix for one of the London dates...hope the tix reach me at home Rome (postal services in UK and Italy are iffy). Good luck to all for the tour.

U2!! Berlin, Germany - Happy 50th Birthd
U2 has been my favorite band since the early 80's! When the Innocence + Experience tour was announced, I declared that if the band was playing anywhere in the world on my 50th birthday, I would go! Splurged on the VIP tickets -- this lady will be in Berlin on 9/24 -- front row seats! Thank you U2 for always having just the right song/experience to color my life journey.

Symbols clash...
That's inspiration, not innocence or experience ;)
