City of Blinding Lights will be the third single release in the UK from' How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb'.

The new single will be released by Universal/Island on Monday June 6th.

It follows the two No.1 singles Vertigo and Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own - the first time a U2 album has produced two chart topping singles.

City Of Blinding Lights was the opening song on the opening night of the 'Vertigo' tour in San Diego at the end of March - and it's been bringing down the house ever since.

Available on 2 CDs and a DVD, B sides include the Killahurtz Fly Mix of album track All Because of You, plus live versions of The Fly and Even Better Than The Real Thing from the 'Stop Sellafield' concert in Manchester, June 1992.

The DVD carries an exclusive video of City of Blinding Lights recorded live
at Brooklyn Bridge last November.
