The programme explores the singers early years, how U2 got started - and almost came apart - and 'what is the glue that keeps U2 hotter than ever'.



Bono gives an in-depth interview to host Daryn Kagan in which they talk about the Elevation tour, his work campaigning to lower Third World Debt and how 'balancing his rock star image with his family life'.



And the programme-makers are promising 'a little surprise for Bono as well'





People in the News airs on CNN domestically this Saturday May 5th at 11:30 am EST and Sunday May 6th @ 8:30pm EST.
