27 October, 2020 Questions for Edge and Adam
I have loads of questions I would like to ask but will limit it to two.
First, with such a reputation for being a live band and giving life to the songs in a live environment why don't you release more live recordings?
Second, the book U2 by U2 is now 14 years old and ends with the Vertigo album, are there any plans to bring this up to date?

My wife and I have been together ever since the 2001 U2 concert in Milwaukee, WI, USA. I took her to see the 2001 Elevation Tour concert knowing how much she loved U2 and by the end of the concert our relationship was sealed. We've seen many U2 concerts together since then, and we even took our teenager to see U2 in 2018 in Las Vegas. Our kid loved it and so did we.

Why in concerts, in all your performances edge starts playing to the right of Bono and Adam to his left?
in all other great bands the lead guitarist starts to play always to the left of the singer (I think about led zeppelin, queen, the who, rolling stones etc)
Is there a particular reason?
Why Edge you have choose this position?
Are you superstitiuous?

How long were the songs around before recording,because I seem to remember,songs like Elevation,and Vertigo ,came up in previous Album sessions,but they weren't the direction you guys wanted to go at that time?

Who came up with the zootv tour concert introduction with the various images and different bits of songs. Its still sounds brilliant to this day.
Also another quick one please.. U2 live at the bbc.. it sounds amazing, how fun was that and what did ye take away from that event.

Hi...I'm from Thailand, that I have to go to nearest countries to attend U2 concert, but that's fine for me :)
Due to Covid-19, if this pandemic has been controlled. Do you guys have any plan to bring "Elavation tour" around the world like the Joshua Tree Tour 2019? I wish this gonna happen soon. I was born on 1978, but just seen the first U2 concert in Seoul 2019 (before Covid-19, quite late right?). and can't wait to join more.

Shw mae Adam / Edge (from another (Tim) David Evans from Wales!) - firstly 'diolch' for the inspiration since I became a fan in the early 80's, has been immense.
Q: where do you both still get your inspiration from? Is it from other artists as in the early days? And do you still feel you need to develop your guitar craft in some way?

Is it a matter of ‘when’ rather than ‘if’ in regards to a new album being released on the future. And could you continue to do these anniversary releases with live shows to go with. Pop 25th in 2022 with Santiago Chile cd or dvd? AB30 next year with Washington cd or dvd? Keep them coming.

The 1992-1993 period was quite hectic given your heavy touring/heavy living/heavy loving schedule, yet amid the madness you found the time to put down some of your most remarkable basslines on Zooropa. Perhaps more than any other album, the bass feels front and centre. At turns it's powerful, stark and funky, but always on point. What do you put your 'tight but loose' Zooropa sound down to?

Hi, first I just wanna say thank you so much for all the awesome music and memories you've given over the years. I've been a fan for over 30 years and will continue to be until my dying day. My question is: will you revisit the Pop album, for it's 25th anniversary, and remix it the way you guys always wanted it to be? I personally love that record and always felt that it is incredibly underrated, but I know it never turned out the way you wanted it. I would love to here how you've always wanted it to sound and be heard.

Edge and Adam, First thank you for all your creations. My question is this; would you ever consider a documentary to a new album similar to UF? As a musician I become 100% in when I first saw the making of the UF. And I’d love absolutely love it if you all reignite B-sides to your singles being released. Those gems are absolutely lovely.
