Will it get to Number One ? Or will it be pipped by ... Atomic Kitten!
The Liverpudlian girl group's new single Whole Again is reportedly just a few hundred sales ahead of U2's Stuck In A Moment in what industry observers are describing as 'rock versus pop in the battle for number one on Sunday!'
Early UK sales figures suggest that Atomic Kitten may get their first chart-topper with 'Whole Again' - but U2 fans in the UK may make up the difference before Sunday.
U2 have already had a UK chart Number One from 'All That You Can't Leave Behind' with 'Beautiful Day. But fans who already have the song on the album are buying the new single in big numbers because it contains brand new material.
As well as new live tracks and different sleeve covers, the new single also includes a brand new U2 composition Big Girls Are Best.
