'I was born with my fists up. Surrender does not come easy to me. This is my story. I'm stuck with it.'
'Bono: Stories of Surrender' streams May 30 on Apple TV+ and will be the first feature-length film available in Apple Immersive on Vision Pro.

Apple Original Films have announced the groundbreaking event Bono: Stories of Surrender, a lyrical, bold visual exploration of Bono’s one-man show by the same name, to premiere globally on Friday, May 30, 2025 on Apple TV+.
I saw Bono perform at the Chicago Theater. The entire show gave me goosebumps. I laughed, cried, cheered, sang, and smiled throughout the whole show. I am looking forward to seeing its release on Apple TV+ so I can watch it again and again with my friends and family. I give it infinity out of 10 stars!

The book, Stories of Surrender, wants co
I understand... The future is here... Everyone is streaming everything... But, lots of us have been enjoying the LP-s, the DVD:s, the books, the CD:s, the 7"-singles... to hold them and to enjoy them, or just look at them standing there, next to each other.
I also understand that Apple want us on their train, and I respect that. Maybe there is a plan for a DVD- and Bluray-release in the pipeline, but Apple want full attention on the TV-show for now.
Well, this sounded a bit negative, but I didn´t mean to be. Tomorrow is May 10, my own (1971) and Bono´s day of birth. I understand it´s to early tomorrow to give the fans the message of a Bluray coming, but it would be a nice gift, whenever the news show up.
Kind regards from Magnus in Sweden

The most beautiful sound I've ever heard
We will finally see this amazing show that I have had the pleasure of seeing live four times (Dublin, Paris, New York and Naples). I hope to see some footage shot from Naples because it was an unforgettable evening. Bono's voice is the most beautiful sound I have ever heard. I love you guys. Hope to see you again soon.

RIP - Mike Peters
Really looking forward to catching this show again. Was at the show in Manchester. Truly, heartfelt, humerous and brilliant performance from Bono. Also in attendance that night was Mike Peters (The Alarm) who sadly lost his long and brave fight to cancer this week. Will never forget there show stopping support performance at Cardiff arms park in 1987. RIP Mike a beautiful soul , true family man , who remained positive and continued to perform and produce music throughout.
Love , Peace, Strength.

A little hazy…
I went the Glasgow show but was pretty drunk… look forward to seeing it again, I remember bits… I remember being emotional, being honoured to be there, being lucky to be on a journey with them for 40 years. Knowing that something was around the corner, but not knowing what it was (I went to the opening night at the sphere, and that was it and unknown to me at the time). From Liverpool to so many places… thanks
