Paul McGuinness, writing in The Guardian newspaper in the UK, applauds the new 'creation and internet' law in France and says the rest of the world must follow. It's not about the future of U2, he says, but about 'the future of a new generation of artists who aspire to be the next U2 - and about the whole environment in which that aspiration can be made possible.'
