'The vanity of the artist is in believing that what they are discovering might be valuable to other people...' Audio with Bono marking 1000th issue of Rolling Stone Magazine.

To celebrate the 1000th issue of Rolling Stone Magazine, Bono is among a group of music stars who look back on Rolling Stone cover stories that captured an important moment in their lives.

He recalls the excitement of reading RS interviews with John Lennon and Bob Dylan, why art is 'a voyage of discovery', why he didn't like the RS cover which proclaimed U2 'Band of the Eighties' and which rock legend the band dreamed of producing them... before they had signed their first deal.
