'Adding more?'

25 Mar 2010659
Speaking to Dave Fanning of Irelands's 2FM a few weeks back, Edge said the band had begun thinking about this year's shows. Dave mentioned that in 2009 there was always five or six songs from No Line on the Horizon: 'Would you keep that many?

'We were talking about adding more,' said Edge, in a decidedly enigmatic tone. 'Changing out some of the songs...'

And that was it, the subject was closed, he was giving nothing else away. But we can dream can't we ? So here's the thing: if you could add in a song from 'No Line' which wasn't a regular in the set last year ... what would it be?

And while you're musing on that one, what song from any earlier album, which didn't feature in 2009, would you love to hear in the mix this time around ?

Answers in the box below please. One different track from No Line, one other track from any earlier album. (And why, if you have the time...)

(If your memory needs refreshing on the songs the band were performing last year, check the 2009 dates and click on any city to see the set list.)

POP
Stand Up Comedy from NLOTH (although I think the NLOTH-songs U2 chose to play live last year were a good choice...) + Please or Mofo (or any other POP song, because Pop is one of the greatest albums ever and I really miss Pop songs in U2's live set!!! I mean- Please+ Mofo really kicked a** on the Popmart Tour)

FEZ in Montreal!!!
Would love to hear Fez as the opening song in Montreal. As for other possibilities, please consider Bad, Electrical Storm, Gone, Staring at the Sun, Drowning Man, and I Will Follow. I could go an and on..maybe with good reason. I am still waiting on who is the opening act. Ditch the opening act idea for Montreal and just give us a full U2 concert. :) See you July 16th!!!

For me and my girl
Cedars of Lebanon for my girl, thats her favorite because she's grew up next to the Cedars of Lebanon and feels a great connection with the song. As for me i would die happy if i could see them play A Sort of Homecoming, its my favorite song ever. The thought of it is giving me chills.

Lemon
"Lemon" from the earlier albums! That would be soooooo cool (and from my point of view, it would really suit to the other bands suprises like Ultraviolet or The Unforgettable Fire.

Fez Being Born and MOOOFOOO!
Fez Being Born (cause it's the most exciting track on the new album, would be a great encore opener or even a show opener itself) and bring on MOFO (the 360 stage screams for some heavy rockers like this one).
