U2, Chemicals, Missy Elliott on Tomb Raider soundtrack

Some of the hottest artists in rock, hip hop and dance feature on the soundtrack to the 'Tomb Raider' movie, released in June.



The album includes music from U2, nine inch nails, Missy Elliott, The Chemical Brothers, Moby, Fatboy Slim and others.



U2 kick off the collection with the first single, the 'Tomb Raider Mix' of Elevation.



The band recently shot a video for the song, directed by Joseph Khan, who has directed videos for Destiny's Child and Wu Tang Clan, among others, and it reportedly features a set to wow the most ardent Tomb Raider fans.

Tomb Raider is directed by Simon West and inspired by the most successful interactive video game character in history - Lara Croft (Jolie). Beautiful and brainy, Lara is the heroine of the Tomb Raider game phenomenon. It is one woman's amazing attempt to save the world.



The soundtrack album is set to hit stores in early June, ahead of the June 15 US cinema release of the action-adventure starring Academy Award-winning Angelina Jolie.
